Choice Facility Partners is a facility services purchasing cooperative operating within the Facilities Division of Harris County Department of Education (an independent school district established under the laws of the State of Texas). Choice Facility Partners was created by Harris County Department of Education (HCDE) to streamline services when site/facility work was needed. Because of the many advantages, HCDE opened up the process to share it with other organizations and governmental entities.

Any United States governmental organization can use Choice Facility Partners' contracts. This includes public and private schools, education-related organizations, colleges, universitities, municipalities, counties, non-profits and any other entity that is classified as or is within a government unit.
What is the Membership Process?
Go to www.choicefacilitypartners.org and click Membership for more information. Note - membership is required for entities located in the state of Texas. Groups located outside the state of Texas need to know what their fiduciary responsibility is to determine if membership is required. State statutes to help determine fiduciary responsibilities can be found at www.choicefacilitypartners.org.
What is the cost for client members to utilize Choice Facility Partners?
There is no charge to client members to use Choice Facility Partners' contracts. Vendors pay a small percentage fee back to Choice Facility Partners.
How does Choice Facility Partners compete with other purchasing co-operatives, such as US Communities?
