On-time shipping and delivery. We have some pretty ambitious goals for shipping our products. In fact, we aim for perfection – 100% complete, 100% correct, 100% on time. How are we doing in our quest for such goals? Pretty well, by ordinary standards, though not well enough for ours! In 2006, based on 3,118 orders, 98.7% were on time, 99.9% were complete, and 97.1% were error-free. Why do we aim so high? Because if your order is wrong, you don’t care about the 999 we got right.
Personal attention from start to finish. The Burke team is here to help before, during and after the sale—long after.
