Extreme Cyclone

Ready for a break from traditional playground climbing? Climb on board this spinning platform for an entirely different kind of playground experience. You'll have so much fun creating the momentum to get it spinning that you won't even notice the great workout you're getting nor the fact that you're really exercising and not just playing on a playground.

Kidforce Spinner

At first glance, this may simply look like a cool stool, but just wait! This outdoor fitness play complex equipment is so much more! When a kid sits on it, he or she finds that a simple rocking motion starts it spinning. That's because it's installed at an angle to provide perpetual motion.

Swift Twist

Get a good grip and hang on tight to this playground spinning activity. Think you can pull yourself up while you spin? Sure you can!

Zippy Whirl

Powerful Pods

The all new Powerful Pods fit in perfectly with Intensity’s fitness objectives. Virtually every muscle from arms to legs gets a workout as the child uses hands and feet in a challenging across.

Robust Rocker

We’ve taken the overhead “ladder” concept to a new level with the Robust Rocker by adding a new challenge. To get from one end to the other, the child swings from one curved bar to the next. But because the bars rock from side to side, the child must reach a little higher – a great workout for triceps, biceps, hands and forearms.

Dynamic Discs

Hang on with one hand and let gravity do its work while you look for a way to step onto the next one. In no time at all, you're mastering some very sophisticated balance and coordination skills all on a playground.

Athletic Arch

It's hard to beat this outdoor fitness play complex activity for working out the arm and chest, and the downward arc makes it especially challenging. The child swings from one handle to the next, but the design requires a little extra reach for a better workout.

Strength Stepper

Here's a piece of outdoor fitness play complex equipment that will engage all the muscles at once while providing the child with a fun challenge that never gets old. It calls for balance and coordination, promoting foot, leg and arm strength. There's skill involved, too. Where you place your feet and hands can make a big difference in your speed.

Power Pipes

Traversing these curved metal pipes looks easy until you try it. Then you see how much of a challenge those seemingly simple curved play structures can present in promoting lower- and upper-body strength.

Hyper Helix

This double-sided, curved ladder provides two great fitness activities. Climbing on the top is a little easier, but the arms and legs are still working to keep the child in place. When approached from below, it's an entirely different playground experience, calling for a strong grip and working arms, legs and abdominal muscles.

Vital Vortex

Like the Hyper Helix, the Vital Vortex provides a very different fitness experience, depending on which side the child chooses to use. But either way, it's Intense!

Agility Arc

These sturdy, curved metal bars can provide essential balance or simply give you something to swing or lean on between play events.

Limber Ladder

Just one rung at a time … steady now! Just imagine you're an emergency worker climbing to the rescue on a rope ladder (fortunately, yours is reinforced with steel). Excellent for total body coordination and upper body strength.

Nimble Net

A host of challenges on one deceptively simple apparatus. Climb onto one end and start working your way down. Do you have the flexibility and grip to stay on once you reach the deeper concave section? Of course, the same device is convex on the other side, calling for an entirely different set of muscles and skills.

Dynamic Pad Climber

Launch Pad

This play event acts as a perch and transition between play events or provides play in a circuit without touching the ground.

Hop Spots

These little stool-like discs look easy enough, but when you step on them, you find some are stable while others have springs. On top of that, you'll want to make sure you start off on the right foot, or that next spot may not be easy to reach. There seems to be no limit to the fun when kids let their imagination go to work on these playground structures.

Dynamic Pad

Now and then, you just need to catch your breath and visit with a friend. The Dynamic Pads provide the perfect spot, while creating a smooth transition from one activity to the next.

Healthy Hammock

Once in a while, even the most energetic kid has to sit for a moment. But soon, he or she will be ready to resume play, and the ropes can also make a cool foothold for climbing to another event.

Pep Step

Only Burke offers this rotomold component where kids can pause between other events. Or they can use it as a stepping-stone to another event. As always, the only limits are in the child's imagination.

Intensity Roof

It isn't just the activities that make a playground special. The little extras like our new Intensity Roofs can also make a playground more appealing. Ask your Burke representative to show you how adding our new Intensity Roofs can jazz up your Intensity playground even more.
