Movement Helps Keep Holiday Stress to a Minimum

It’s almost like holidays and stress go hand and hand…travel, tight timelines, so much preparation and, of course, no time for yourself. Many of the stressors are out of our control but some aren’t, and we can work to improve the things we can!

Exercise, time outdoors and movement have long been helpful in reducing stress and helping us stay healthier and happier. This blog by The American Heart Association gives some helpful, simple tips to take stress levels down and make the holiday season more enjoyable for everyone! Enjoy and remember to make time to play!
