We need play and movement at all ages and stages of life. As kids get older, it can be harder to engage them in outdoor activities. Teens and adults are overscheduled, busy and in desperate need of play and movement! Gaga is a fast paced, high energy sport played in an enclosed pit. In general, Gaga is a gentler version of dodge ball that is accessible to all skill levels and abilities.
